Every quote is itemised line by line, labour and materials, separately. You know what you're paying for before we start. If the job takes less time than expected, we adjust accordingly.
WE DO IT PROPERLY.
We don't cut corners to finish faster. We don't use cheaper parts without telling you. We don't rush a service or skip the checks that matter. Doing it right the first time isn't a selling point, it's just how we work.

I'm Steve. I spent 18 years in the RAF, retrained as a plumber, and haven't looked back.
(The RAF bit isn't a gimmick, it's just where I learned that process matters, that accountability isn't optional, and that "that'll do" isn't a finish line. Those habits came with me.)
I started Lincolnshire Plumbing because I'd worked alongside enough tradespeople to know I'd do it differently. Ten years and over a thousand customers later, I still think I was right to try.
We're a small team, on purpose. We know our customers by name, we know their houses, and we care, genuinely, whether the job was done properly.
